Shipping & Returns

We ship orders Monday – Friday, and whenever possible, we ship orders out same or next business day. If an order is placed Friday–Sunday, please allow up to 36-48 hours processing time. SHIPPING METHOD OPTIONS

Every order is carefully packaged to guarantee delivery to you in pristine condition, with special consideration taken for packages containing glass. Generally, we ship all packages through USPS, unless the package size/weight is cost prohibitive via USPS, then we will ship via UPS.

TRACKING

All orders that have been processed and shipped will send a tracking code to you through the email address we have on file. Please check your spam box if you do not receive tracking and contact us if there are any issues around this whatsoever – happy to help! support@queenofhearts.com

LARGE QUANTITIES

For large quantity orders, we will contact you directly to review shipping options and coordinate delivery needs. On occasion, larger orders will require an additional lead time not otherwise listed on the product pages. If there is a delay, our team will reach out to you right way to assist you with planning for the arrival of your order.
